All sessions are by appointment only. This includes Initial Consultation appointments, Portrait Sessions, appointments to preview your original images and place orders, and delivery of finished portraits. Our sessions are normally scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

By scheduling by appointment only, we will be able to give you our undivided attention and provide you with the highest level of service possible. Should you not be able to make a scheduled session, please call us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule as necessary. 

When we book you an appointment for a pre-session consultation, session, preview, or pick up appointment, that time is given to you and only you.  We ask you not to just drop in unexpectedly when you have missed a previously scheduled appointment. We want to be able to properly serve you. 

A certain amount of time is allowed for each sitting. No other sittings will be scheduled during your time so you will not be waiting in line for someone who has the same time as you. If you are going to be late, please call the studio before arriving. If you will be late enough to interrupt someone else’s time we will ask you to reschedule the appointment. 

Our Normal, Illinois, studio is part of a picturesque group of professional suites called Normandy Village, located at 1100 North Beech Street, Suite 12A.   Some portrait styles, such as our Portrait Royalé, our Personality, and our Relationship portraits are best done in our studio.  In our studio we can provide a living-room type of background or a more neutral background of various tones that puts all the focus on you and your family.

Other portrait styles, such as our Lifestyle portraits, can only really be done well in your home or another place personal to you.  We can photograph your family with a favorite room as a background or with some of your favorite items of furniture.
