We will schedule a preview session to take place within two weeks after the portrait session (three business days for the Herald package).   We take a bit longer to prepare your previews because we usually do basic retouching of the images so that you get a better view of what the final portrait can be.

During the viewing session, we discuss all of the options for your portraits.  We will use a computerized presentation projected either in our studio or, if you prefer, on your wall in the exact location you would want the portrait to hang.  We can also present the previews to you in an alternate location either projected on a portable screen or on a laptop computer.

We allow plenty of time for you to view the previews and make your choices in a relaxed atmosphere in your home or an alternate location. There is no charge for the first viewing and we ask that you have everyone available to make your decisions during this scheduled time. You don’t have to rush…you may take as much as two hours for your viewing time.

Additional viewing sessions are charged at the same rate as a photography session per viewing session scheduled.
