Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee Our end goal is for you to have a portrait of your family--a significant, substantive, evocative reminder for generations of the love you have for one another today. Until you have that and are happy with it, we haven't met our goal.

Neither partner of Lord & Darling Portraits accepts failure as a satisfactory option, so we will work hard to create a work of art that you are happy with. This includes offering additional photography sessions at no additional cost to you. If we do fail after we've done our best for you, we will return all the money you have invested (including the Session Fee).

Defect Warranty If your portrait ever reveals a defect stemming from our production or framing errors, we will replace it free of charge, with exchange of the defective portrait. Our portraits are created and framed to Museum Quality standards. This warranty only applies to portraits framed by Lord & Darling Portraits and still in the original frame.

Damage Warranty If your portrait is accidentally damaged in any way within five years of delivery, we will replace it at a special 50% reduced rate, with exchange of the damaged portrait. This warranty only applies to portraits framed by Lord & Darling Portraits and still in the original frame.

Upgrade Provision If you decide within a year that you prefer a different size of wall decor portrait, you may exchange your portrait for a new size of the same image for only the cost of the difference, including a refund of the difference from Lord & Darling Portraits if you decide on a smaller portrait.
