Perpetual License to Copy You have a perpetual license to freely reproduce the photographs in our exclusive Golden Memories compact disc that comes with the Keepsake portrait package for personal use only, not for commercial or publicity use.  This disc will contain digital copies of your finished portrait.  

You have a perpetual license to freely reproduce the photographs in the Herald CD for  publicity portraits. The license for the Herald CD does not include billboard and television rights; those licenses are available as options.   

These licenses to copy do not include copying Lord & Darling Portraits prints, but only making additional prints from either the Herald CD or the Golden Memories CD.

Copyright and Display Release  We retain legal copyright to all photographs taken by Lord & Darling Portraits. We ask you for a limited release to allow us to use the photographs to promote our photography business and the art of photography.  

Alteration and Use  We certainly will not alter or manipulate the photographs in any way that deliberately subjects you to public ridicule, humiliation, or disfavor; we ask that you also not alter the images in any way that subjects us to the same.  We also will not use the photographs to promote any third party commercial products or services, and we ask the same of you.
